| Rajouri police booked notorious drug peddler under PITNDPS Act | | | Early Times Report
RAJOURI, July 6: In strong action against drug trafficking Rajouri Police today detained a Notorious drug Peddler under PITNDPS Act.
The accused identified as Mohd Arif S/O Mohd Raqib and a resident of ward No. 04 Malik Market Rajouri has been involved in multiple cases of drug peddling. Taking cognizance of his continuous involvement in such illegal activities the competent authority issued detention orders under the PITNDPS Act following which he has been lodged in Jammu Jail.
This action is part of Rajouri Police ongoing crackdown on drug Smuggling to curb the spread of narcotics and safeguard the youth of Rajouri from the effects of drug abuse. |
