SJVN organizes two-day Orientation Programme for CMDs and Directors of CPSEs

SHIMLA, July 10: SJVN in collaboration with Department of Public Enterprises (DPE) is hosting a two-day Orientation Programme on 'Capacity Building of CMDs and Functional Directors of Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs)' at Dharamshala.
The inaugural ceremony was presided over by Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan, Former Chief Justice of Uttarakhand and Telangana High Courts along with Ajay Kumar Sharma, Director (Personnel), SJVN, Anil Khandelwal, Former Chairman & Managing Director, Bank of Baroda and Kranti Kumar, Assistant Director, DPE. Twenty-two CMDs and Functional Directors from various CPSEs are participating in this Orientation Programme .
Ajay Kumar Sharma, Director (Personnel), SJVN, welcomed all the delegates to the two days Orientation Programme. During his address, he highlighted the crucial role of leadership in driving performance and transformation in Public Sector Enterprises. He emphasized the importance of continuous learning and strategic thinking in today's dynamic economic and governance landscape. Sh. Sharma also underlined SJVN's commitment to capacity building and its active role in fostering collaboration among CPSEs for nation-building.
The Orientation Programme will feature seven interactive sessions over two days, covering a wide range of topics relevant to the leadership and operational excellence of CPSEs.
