| Pathania flay’s working of ERA | | | Early Times Report
Ramnagar, Apr 30:
Advocate, RS Pathania has criticized the ERA authorities as well state government who till date has failed to pay compensation to people who lose their homes, shops and even land on account of road widening programme in the area.
As per press release, he said that an administration green signal to the effect had been sounded year back, but the revenue authorities he said, paid least heed towards completion of compensation cases. He demanded a through probe into the matter as some vested interests with in the govt as well as ERA who sabotage the work of the project.
Pathania also decried the construction agency for subletting of work to contractors of the choice of local M.L.A. Harsh Dev Singh. He has submitted that subletting is already against the norms of E.R.A. raising a serious question mark on the quality of work. He has appealed the chief minister personally intervene into the matter otherwise his cadres shall be forced to spark off a peoples movement against the injustice and fraud being meted out to the people of Ramnagar.
He also said that he would not hesitate in knocking at the doors of the Court also in case immediate remedial measures are not affected at the earliest.
