Early Times Report JAMMU, July 17: A deputation of the Jammu Book Suppliers Association met the Hon'ble Minister of Higher Education, Madam Sakina Itoo, in her office at the Civil Secretariat, Srinagar, to bring to her attention the challenges faced by book suppliers in the trade. The delegation highlighted issues arising from the varying terms and conditions in the Expressions of Interest (EOIs) issued by various college principals during the purchase process. The Association requested the implementation of uniform terms and conditions in EOIs to avoid confusion and to streamline the otherwise lengthy process. The Association also appealed to the Minister for the immediate release of pending payments and the release of CDRs pledged during the procurement process. Ruchi Chouhan Khan, President of the Jammu Book Suppliers Association, led the deputation, accompanied by General Secretary Nishchal Anand, Vice President Harbinder Singh, Narvinder Singh, Deputy Secretary Vibhav Gupta, Treasurer Lutfsar Azad, as well as Sanjay Anand and I.P.
