| BSNL harasses consumers, alleges NGO | | |

Udhmapur Apr 30- Lok Vikas Dal, a local NGO, has alleged that BSNL is creating problems for its subscribers in Udhmapur .NGO President Vikram Singh Slathia strongly flayed the ill functioning of the BSNL especially account departments by sending already paid bills to the much of the subscribers and causing the great harassment to them. Despite repeated requests of the subscribers BSNL has turned deaf ears over this issue and is now forcing them to knock the door of the court of law to seek justice as well.
He said that BSNL’s claims to provide hassle free and best services fully exposed before the public by sending already paid bills to them. Slathia alleged that one of the subscribers Sanjay Sharma is a glaring instance to prove this case. He added that in such circumstances innocent people and public in general are left with no option to knock the door of the consumer court in days to come and for this noble cause LVD will be extending full legal support the affected subscribers. Slathia warned the department to settle down the genuine claims within weeks time otherwise people we will be forced to adopt legal action.
