Hands-on training imparted to field- functionaries for entry of backlog mutations | | | Early Times Report KISHTWAR, July 19: The Revenue Department Kishtwar organised a comprehensive hands-on training session for field-level officials for the entry of backlog mutations through the newly launched Web Halris portal. The Training session, held in the Conference Hall of DC Office Complex, was presided over by Deputy Commissioner Pankaj Kumar Sharma in the presence of ACR Mohammad Idrees Lone. The training aimed to modernize land administration and ensure transparency in revenue records. Addressing the participants, the DC stressed the importance of timely and accurate digitization of land records to improve public services delivery and accessibility. He urged the concerned officials to expedite the process and get well-acquainted with the Web Halris Portal. The training conducted for dedicated batches of Patwaris, Junior Assistants and MTS staff ensured that all officials with computer proficiency were equipped to manage digital land records effectively. A master trainer led the sessions, imparting in-depth knowledge of the Web Halris platform, including practical demonstrations and technical guidance. The initiative is expected to lead to hassle-free, transparent services for citizens through a fully digitized system. |
