JAMMU, July 20: NHPC Regional Office Jammu organized a tree plantation program at Uttar Behni on 20.07.2025 on the occasion of the Golden Jubilee year of 50 years of NHPC establishment in association with NISARG organization. Tree plantation was done at Uttar Behani by NHPC employees under the leadership of Ram Swaroop, Executive Director, Regional Office, Jammu. On this occasion, Ram Swaroop said that tree plantation is a virtuous act. We have to make our surroundings green by planting trees regularly as plants safeguard our future. With its help, we will provide a better earth to our future generations to live on. Let us all contribute to the creation of a clean environment by planting a tree. On this occasion, Kanchan Swaroop also planted a tree and inspired women to come forward and participate in this noble work.
Guru Dutt, General Manager (Finance), Satnam Singh, General Manager (Civil), Pankaj Vashisht, General Manager (Civil), R.P. Maurya, General Manager (Human Resources) of NHPC and other senior officers and employees and their family members contributed to the creation of a clean environment by planting trees in the tree plantation program. |
