DPS Jammu’s Vaibhavi Sharma to represent India at FIG Rhythmic Gymnastics World Challenge Cup 2025 in Romania

JAMMU, July 20: Delhi Public School Jammu is elated to share a moment of immense pride and honour-Vaibhavi Sharma of Class XII-G has been selected to represent India at the prestigious FIG Rhythmic Gymnastics World Challenge Cup 2025, to be held in Romania from July 25 to 27, 2025. This global event, hosted under the aegis of the Federation Internationale de Gymnastique (FIG), will witness participation from elite senior and junior gymnasts across the world.
Vaibhavi's journey in rhythmic gymnastics has been nothing short of extraordinary. At the National Rhythmic Gymnastics Championship 2024 in Surat, Gujarat, she was declared the Second-Best All-Around Gymnast in the junior category. She further added to her accolades with a silver medal in the team event, along with two gold and two silver medals in the individual apparatus finals, showcasing her unparalleled grace, technical finesse, and unwavering commitment.
Her consistent excellence at the international level is equally commendable. She has proudly donned the national colours at the Asian Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships in:
Tashkent, Uzbekistan - 2024
Manila, Philippines - 2023
Pattaya, Thailand - 2022
A symbol of dedication, perseverance, and sportsmanship, Vaibhavi continues to inspire the entire DPS Jammu fraternity. Her achievements reflect the values of discipline, determination, and excellence that are the hallmark of the institution.
