| JURSEA highlights demands | | | EARLY TIMES REPORTER JAMMU | JULY 13 The Jammu University Research Scholar Executive Association (JURSEA) have demanded that the post of college lectureship should be advertised at an earliest, and adhoc appointments he stopped at once, as directed by the union government, said JURSEA President Sandeep Sanday at a press conference her today. Sandeep said that backdoor appointment in various colleges is a step for weakening the appropriate institutions like Public Service Commission (PSC) and strengthening the executive. He said this step of the govt. is a step against the constitution, as such all such appointments he cancelled at once, and PSC which is our body for appointment should shoe their credibility by completing the process related to appointment of 10+ 2 lecturers. By doing this PSC will certainly regain the loss status and faith of the un-employed students and scholars of the state. Beside this President JURSEA also demanded speedy construction of boy’s hostel, whose foundation stone was laid some time back. He said demands put forth he full-filled soon, In addition to this students and scholars of the University should get their degrees and mark sheets well in time so that their career prospects are not hampered. Among others present in the conference was Jt. Secretary Parvinder Singh and others.
