| 3 vehciles indulged in illegal mining seized | | |

KATHUA, July 27: Cracking a whip on illegal mining and transportation of minerals, J&K Police Kathua under the overall supervision of SSP Kathua Sh. Shobhit Saksena IPS seized 03 vehicles ( 01 Dumper and 02 Tractor Trolleys ) indulged in illegal mining in the jurisdictional area of PS Billawar.
On 26.07.2025 a police team of PS Billawar led by SHO PS Billawar Insp. Zaheer Mushtaq under the guidance of SDPO Billawar Sh. Neeraj Padyar seized 01 dumper bearing Reg. No. JK08J-8660 and 02 Tractor Trolleys without any Reg. No. indulged in transportation of minerals without any legal permission.
Meanwhile all the 03 vehicles ( 01 Dumper and 2 Tractor Trolleys ) indulged in illegal mining were seized & immediately handed over to the officials of the Geological and Mining department Kathua.
