Bovine smuggling bid foiled, 30 bovines rescued, 01 vehicle seized 7/27/2025 10:34:45 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, July 27: Jammu police tightening its noose against bovine smugglers under operation Kamdhenu Police team of Police Post Sidhra has foiled one bovine smuggling attempt in which total 30 bovines were rescued.One Truck bearing registration No. JK02DA/9886 loaded with 30 bovines seized by PP Sidhra.Driver of the truck fled away from the spot. In this regard, a case FIR NO.169/2025,U/S 223 BNS/11 PCA Act has been registered in Police Station Nagrota. Further investigation is underway.
