Jammu, July 31: The Jammu District Coordinator team successfully organized a Tug of war competition at Green field Jammu. The event was conducted under the guidance of Mrs. Nuzhat Gull, Secretary, J&K Sports Council, Coordinated by Chief sports officer, Anissa Nabi Jksc and Mr. Satpal Singh, Divisional Sports Officer (Jammu) coordinator krupali singh incharge New indoor sports complex and Coaches of J&K sports council.
Participation and Attendance
Approximately 55 players, including boys and girls, participated in the competition and almost 60spectators.
Mr. SATPAL SINGH was Chief guest of the event delivered an inspiring speech, highlighting the importance of sports in life.he emphasized that sports contribute to physical fitness and mental alertness, making it an essential aspect of a healthy lifestyle.
Refreshments
After the competition, refreshments were distributed among the participants, players, and officials, adding to the event’s success.
The “My Youth My Pride” initiative aims to promote sports and youth development in the region, and this Tug of war competition was a significant step towards achieving that goal. |
