Srinagar, May 2: Authorities have submitted a detailed plan to Election Commission (EC) for arranging sufficient air sorties to airlift poll material and staff to the cut off areas in Ladakh parliamentary constituency, going to polls on May 13. Official sources said a number of far flung and remote areas remained cut off from the district headquarters in the constituency due to snow.
