| GDC RS Pura organizes intra college painting competition | | | Early Times Report
RS PURA, Aug 2: On the occasion of India's 79th Independence Day, GDC RS Pura organized a grand celebration to commemorate the nation's freedom and sovereignty. In the series of celebrations, cultural committee of the college organized Intra College Painting Competition on 2nd August 2025 in the college premises in which large number of students took participation. Principal of the college Prof. (Dr.) Preetpal Kour was the chief guest of the occasion.
She in her address emphasized the importance and relevance of the celebrations and encouraged the students to participate in such activities which contribute to the spirit of unity and patriotism that defines our nation. The judges for the event were Dr. Rajinder Kumar Sharma, HOD Botany, Dr. Anupama Pandotra and Prof. Radika Mahajan, HOD Chemistry. Rupinder, Tania Choudhary and Shivani Kumari stood first, second and third position in the competition respectively.
