Jammu, Aug 2: On the occasion of Independence Day-2025, under the 15-day nationwide Swachhata Abhiyan from 01/08/2025 to 15/08/2025 of Government of India, Railways is also running Swachhata Abhiyan. On 01.08.2025, Jammu Division started the Swachhata Abhiyan with Swachhata Shapath under the guidance of Divisional Railway Manager of Jammu Division Shri Vivek Kumar and under the leadership of Sr DME Jammu Shri Anshul Kumar Pushkar.
In continuation of the Swachhata Abhiyan being run by Jammu Division, today on 02.08.2025, a Swachhata Rally was taken out at all the railway stations of the division under the leadership of Sr DME Shri Anshul Kumar Pushkar. Which includes major stations of Jammu Division like Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra, Pathankot, Jammu, Srinagar, Banihal etc. All the railway employees present at the station participated enthusiastically so that awareness about cleanliness can be spread among passengers and employees that it is the duty of all of us to keep railway stations and surrounding areas clean. |
