| BJP says NC, PDP, Cong pursuing Kashmir centric agenda | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, May 3- Refusing to comment on the allegation that PDP is extended arm or funded by BJP, the BJP State Spokesperson Ramesh Arora today alleged that National Conference, PDP and their mastermind Congress in J&K state don’t want militancy to stop. They don’t have any agenda of development, discrimination, unemployment, and poverty eradication, he added. In a statement issued here today, Ramesh Arora said that in the on going elections they are fighting without any agenda and if any agenda exists is Kashmir-centric propaganda. ‘BJP do not want to comment on the allegation that PDP is extended arm of or funded by BJP as everybody knows that it is election gimmick of both the parties and has nothing to do with reality’, he pointed out. He said as and when the morale of militants goes down PDP leader Mehbooba Mufti comes with the demand of dual currency. If this demand does not work, she will come with another demand of joint mechanism with Pakistan. Likewise, NC leader Omar Abdullah in press discussion said that there was no representative of Jammu when I uttered the words in my speech in Parliament that "I will not give an inch of land in Kashmir till I am alive" reflects his immaturity, irresponsibility and disrespect for the other community, the BJP spokesperson said. Ramesh Arora said that both the parties should be discarded not only in elections but in public life also. ‘We have not forgotten the sacrifices of 14 persons who laid down their lives due to vitiated atmosphere created by the speeches of these leaders. They had gone to this extent that a call for March towards Muzaffarabad was given. Hence, these parties don’t want normalcy in the state. It is part of their game-plan to blackmail the central government and fetch more and more money in order to run their political shops, the BJP spokesperson said. He regretted that even during elections Mehbooba Mufti and her father former Home Minister did not cast their votes, reflects their above said agenda and hidden understanding with militants.
