Jammu, Aug 7: IGNOU’s management programmes, particularly the MBA, offer a path to enhanced employability for both working professionals and fresh graduates seeking a career in management. IGNOU degrees are recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and approved by the Distance Education Bureau (DEB), making them valid for both government and private sector jobs in India.
