Mandi Gobindgarh, Aug 7: The Faculty of Engineering Technology and Computing at Desh Bhagat University, in collaboration with the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), successfully organized INNOVATE XCEL 2025 – Where Startups Meet Strategy and Excellence.
The event aimed to inspire students and equip them with practical knowledge in innovation, entrepreneurship, and technological advancement.
Graced by esteemed industry leaders, the event brought together visionaries who are shaping the future of technology and education. Notable guests included Mr. Dinesh Kumar, Director – India & SAARC at SOTI India Ltd.; Mr. Sarbarinder Singh, Director at WinnoVation Education Services Pvt. Ltd.; Mr. Navdeep Singh, Sales Head at WinnoVation Education Services; and Mr. Abhishek, Lead Trainer and AI/ML Expert.
Vice Chancellor Dr. Harsh Sadawarti motivated students with an inspiring address, while Dr. Khushboo Bansal, Deputy Director, welcomed the guests and emphasized the value of such initiatives.
Sessions highlighted the role of Artificial Intelligence in shaping future industries, with Mr. Dinesh Kumar and Mr. Abhishek offers students guidance on current tools and future opportunities in AI/ML.
The event concluded with an interactive session, making INNOVATE XCEL 2025 a truly enriching experience that reinforced Desh Bhagat University’s commitment to innovation and strategic learning.
