| PK for fast track courts to probe exodus | | | Early Times Report Jammu, May 3- Panun Kashmir (PK) leader Dr Agnishekhar on Sunday demanded setting up of fast track court or constitution of special investigating team by the Supreme Court of India to investigate genocide of Kashmiri Hindu migrants from their homeland in Kashmir. Addressing a press conference here in Jammu Dr Agnishekhar said we appeal to the Apex Court of India, which is the highest body, to set up fast track courts or SIT on the pattern of Gujarat riots case to investigate circumstances under which exodus took place and several human rights violations were committed against the large population of Hindus in Kashmir. Commenting on the current situation in Pakistan and growing emergence of Taliban in Pakistan Dr Agnishekhar said the day is not far away when Taliban will formally take over Pakistan and India will have to rework its strategy. Dr Agnishekhar said that the India needs to reorient its foreign policy under the prevailing conditions. The Panun Kashmir leader also criticized the recent attack by Taliban on Sikh houses in Pakistan and urged Prime Minister to strongly take up the issue with his counterpart in Pakistan.
