| Teacher held for raping student | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, May 3: In a shocking incident, a teacher has been booked for raping his student.
Barely three days after a teacher was held in molestation case in Channi Himmat higher secondary school, another case of committing rape on girl student came into light and a case has been registered in Bakshi Nagar police station in this regard.
The only difference of the two cases is that in first case a government teacher was involved in this case a private teacher is involved. One Davinder Singh son of Sadu Singh resident of Gandhi Nagar, an owner and teacher of a coaching institution, in lieu of providing extra class and best notes called a girl student in his friend house in Shiv Nagar in the evening and committed rape on her. The victim is a part second college student. She told the whole incident to her parents who lodged a complaint in police station Bakshi Nagar. A police party led by SHO Bakshi Nagar under the supervision of SP City Randeep Singh conducted raid in the accused house and arrested him. The girl was put on medical test in GMC hospital till the filing of the report.
