| Faculty of Veterinary Sciences and Animal Husbandry celebrates Nasha Mukht Bharat Abhiyaan | | |

JAMMU, Aug 12: Under the able guidance of Prof. B. N. Tripathi, Hon'ble Vice- Chancellor, SKUAST-Jammu, Painting and Slogan writing competitions were organized at Faculty of Veterinary Sciences and Animal Husbandry at R. S. Pura. The Programme was organized under the banner of "Nasha Mukht Bharat Abhiyaan". The programmed was organized to sensitize the students for not to indulge in any type of Nasha. Dean of Faculty of Veterinary Sciences and Animal Husbandry - Dr Rajesh Katoch encouraged the Coodrinator, Conveners and students to organize and participate in the programme. The programme was overall organized by Dr. Dibyendu Chakraborty, Dr. Aditi Lal Koul, Dr. Kawardeep Kour, Dr. Pankaj Gupta and Dr. Sabahat Gazal. This event has significant role to sensitize the students about the abuses of drugs, alcohol and to make the campus Nasha Mukt. This event marks a significant step in promoting a healthy, drug-free environment and reinforcing its commitment to social responsibility through the active participation of its youth. The programme was Judged by Dr. Ankur Rastogi, Dr. Jafrin Ara Ahmed and Dr. Sabahat Gazal.
The students have made very impactful painting and slogans which are upmost need of this hour. Judges were glad to see the thoughtful slogans created by the students. |
