Srinagar, May 05-According to the Deputy Chief electoral Officer, the Election Commission of India of India has appointed Observers for the General Election to the House of People to redress the grievances of the public during the conduct of Lok Sabha Elections,2009.Any person having grievance regarding violation of Model Code of Conduct by any Government officer/Official as well as political parties may approach the concerned observer in respect of the Assembly Segment in which the polling is to be conducted for 5th phase.
For the Assembly Segment of 1- Karnah, 2- Kupwara, 3- Lolab,4- Handwara and 5- Langate D.K. Bhaskar Goswami, has been appointed for the Assembly Segment of 9- Gurez, 10- Bandipora, and 11-Sonawari and can be contacted on 9906155613.
