| Medical Aid Camp organized at GHSS Bhella | | | Early Times Report
DODA, Aug 23: A Medical Aid Camp focusing on NCD & TB screening along with vision screening was organized today at Government Higher Secondary School Bhella under the guidance of Chief Medical Officer Dr Om Kumar and Block Medical Officer Thathri Dr. Shakeel Ahmed Kichloo. The camp was held in collaboration with the Department of Community Medicine, GMC Doda, headed by Dr. Suresh Kotwal and supervised on the ground by Medical Officer PHC Bhella Dr. Sadeeq Wani. On the occasion, more than hundred students and locals were screened by a team of doctors. In addition to medical examinations, MBBS students of GMC Doda conducted interactive awareness sessions with the School students as part of their ongoing community outreach programme, aimed at educating young people on health, hygiene and preventive care.
The initiative not only brought essential health services to the doorstep of the community but also strengthened the bridge between medical education and public welfare, leaving a positive impact on both students and locals.
