| Principal PTTI Vijaypur held Durbar of staff/trainees | | |  Early Times Report
VIJAYPUR, Aug 23: Ranjit Singh Sambyal-IPS Principal PTTI Vijaypur held the first durbar of staff/trainees after his joining in the Institute and said the exercise was meant to know the shortcomings/problems in the service matters and welfare issues of the staff/trainees in order to redress their grievances. During the durbar proceedings, the staff and trainees put-forth several personal as well as joint problems. The Principal patiently listen to the grievances of jawans and officers and assured them that their problems falling within the competency of the Institute level shall be examined and accordingly redressed on merit and other issues shall be taken-up with the PHQ J&K on priority for appropriate action. On the occasion, while addressing the participants, the Principal stressed upon the trainees to take keen interest in their training and maintain discipline of highest order in the Institute and also advised the staff to provide good quality training to the trainees which will help them while performing their field duties and also bring the laurels to the Institute. Besides staff and trainees, the durbar was attended by Pawan Kumar-JKPS, Vice-Principal, Davinder Gupta-DySP(Outdoor/Indoor), Khushwant Singh-DySP(Admn) and Raj Kumar-SrPO of PTTI Vijaypur. |
