Early Times Report

Jammu, Aug 24: Vichar Kranti Manch International, in collaboration with the international organisation Heartfulness, under the aegis of Ramchandra Mission and the divine blessings of Global Master Kamlesh D. Patel (Daaji), organised a transformative Meditation Session at Chhanni Himmat, Jammu.
The session was conducted under the expert guidance of Shri Adarsh Sharma, Regional Head, Heartfulness, who led participants through meditation techniques designed to cultivate concentration, inner balance, and peace of mind.
The programme was held under the chairmanship of Dr. Shreyansh Kumar Jain, State Yoga Commissioner, J&K. He also guided the gathering with various Yogasanas and Pranayama practices, emphasizing their role in harmonizing body and mind.
Mr. Ashok Gupta, Vice President, Vichar Kranti Manch International, actively supported the session and conducted Hasya Yoga, spreading joy and relaxation among participants.
Mrs. Aarti Sharma, Heartfulness Preceptor, explained the teachings and philosophy of Shri Ramchandra Ji, founder of Heartfulness. She beautifully conveyed that meditation helps calm the wandering tendencies of the mind and aligns it with its natural state.
By meditating on the heart, the restless mind finds a centered path, moving away from distractions. She explained that this practice purifies the inner being, allowing one to rise above negative thoughts and wrong tendencies. Shri Ramchandra Ji taught that originally human beings were in close contact with the Supreme, but with the passage of time, ignorance and forgetfulness set in.
It is through meditation that one can rediscover their divine essence, overcome limitations, and progress towards harmony with the higher self.
The session concluded with a formal Vote of Thanks by Mr. Yesh Paul Sharma, Life Coach and trained Yoga Instructor, who appreciated the collaboration and participation of all present.
The programme highlighted the profound message that meditation can truly change the direction of human life by fostering clarity, peace, and spiritual growth.
