| Bovine smuggling bid foiled, 10 bovines rescued, 1 vehicle seized | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Sept 2: Jammu police tightening its noose against bovine smugglers under operation Kamdhenu Police team of Police Station Jhajjar Kotli has foiled one bovine smuggling attempt in which total 10 bovines were rescued.One Truck bearing registration No.JK02AQ/0586 loaded with 10 bovines seized by Police Station Jhajjar Kotli. Driver of the truck namely Shah Jahan S/O Ghulam Mohi-ud-Din R/o Panzalla Teh Rahma Distt Baramulla was arrested.
In this regard, a case FIR NO.111/2025,U/S 223 BNS/11 PCA Act has been registered in Police Station Jhajjar Kotli. Further investigation is underway.
