| Wellness zone Headmasters extends support to flood affected students of SKUAST-J | | |

Jammu, Sept 7: In a generous gesture of solidarity and compassion, Sh. Ashu Goel, Smt. Kumud Goel and Sh. Naresh Singh from Wellness Zone Headmasters (Skin and Hair Clinic) today distributed essential relief materials including mattresses, blankets and bed sheets to 60 students of SKUAST-Jammu who were adversely affected by the catastrophic flash flood that struck the University on 26th August 2025.
The distribution program was organized on the University campus in the presence of Dr. Anil Kumar, Registrar, SKUAST-Jammu & Dean, Faculty of Agriculture and Dr. Sudhakar Dwivedi, Dean Students Welfare.
Speaking on the occasion, the University authorities expressed gratitude to the team from Wellness Zone Headmasters for their timely humanitarian support. They highlighted that such acts of kindness not only provide immediate relief but also boost the morale of the students in coping with the aftermath of the natural calamity.
The students also conveyed their appreciation for the thoughtful gesture which will help them rebuild their daily lives with dignity and comfort after the unforeseen disaster.
The University continues to work towards mobilizing resources and support for restoring normalcy and ensuring the welfare of its students and staff in the wake of the devastating flood.
