Early Times Report RAJOURI, Sept 8: A three-day District Process Lab Training Programme, under the Aadi Karmayogi Abhiyan, commenced today at Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University. The training programme, being held from September 08 to 10, is designed to build the capacity of field staff to strengthen governance and development initiatives in tribal areas. The programme was inaugurated in the presence of Deputy Commissioner Abhishek Sharma. In his address, the Deputy Commissioner highlighted the shared responsibility of all stakeholders in uplifting tribal areas. He emphasized that meaningful outcomes can only be achieved through concerted efforts and collaboration to bridge gaps in key development indicators. Reiterating the district's vision for tribal empowerment, the Deputy Commissioner stressed the need to create self-reliant, resilient and inclusive communities across all 104 tribal villages of Rajouri. He underlined that ensuring every household benefits from government schemes will significantly improve governance outcomes and foster holistic tribal development.
