| Randhawa kickstarts drainage work in Ward No. 51, Channi Himmat | | |

Jammu, Sept 10: Today, Hon’ble MLA Bahu Constituency, Sh. Vikram Randhawa ji, officially inaugurated the development work of a drain in Ward No. 51, Channi Himmat, Jammu. The much-needed project is being undertaken by the Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC).
The initiative addresses a long-pending demand of local residents, who have long faced waterlogging and sanitation issues in the area. The new drainage infrastructure will ensure better water flow management and improve the overall hygiene of the locality, especially during the monsoon season.
The event witnessed the presence of several prominent dignitaries including Ex-Corporator Sh. Raj Kumar, Mandal President Sh. Nitish Mahajan, and District General Secretary Sh. Kulbhir Charak, along with a large number of local residents.
Speaking at the occasion, MLA Randhawa emphasized his commitment to addressing civic issues and improving infrastructure across the constituency.
He also assured residents of continued efforts toward the overall development of the area.
“It has always been my priority to ensure that basic civic infrastructure is strengthened across all wards of my constituency.
The commencement of this drain work is a step towards fulfilling our promise of a cleaner and healthier environment for the people of Ward No. 51.
