jammu, Sept 12: In a major breakthrough, Khour Police apprehended two absconders wanted in FIR No. 107/2023 under sections 353, 332, 188, 429, 147, 201 IPC, 11 PCA Act, and 4/25 Arms Act of Police Station Khour.
On the directions of SHO Khour, a special team comprising personnel from PP Pallanwalla and P/S Khour carried out sustained efforts leading to the arrest of:-
1.Rahil Khan S/o Abdul Rashid, R/o Maraliya, Miran Sahib,Jammu.
2.Mushtaq Ali S/o Saraj Din, R/o Kanachak, Jammu.
The Hon’ble Court of JMIC Akhnoor had earlier issued warrants under Section 512 CrPC against the duo, who had been evading trial. Both are presently lodged in PP Pallanwalla lock-up and will be produced before the Hon’ble Court tomorrow.
