Public meeting of YRS held regarding upcoming celebration of Maharaja Hari Singh Ji Birth Anniversary | | |  early times report
Jammu, Sept 14: Huge public meeting of Yuva Rajput Sabha (YRS) is organised by Rajput Community in Gharota village of Jammu District on the occasion of eve of the 130th birth anniversary of Maharaja Hari Singh Ji, the last Dogra ruler of Jammu and Kashmir ,Leh Ladakh and Tibetan Desh, to be celebrated on the 23rd of September. Thousands of people from the local locality of Rajput community participated in this meeting, especially many dignitaries, former Sarpanchs, Biradari representatives , Langeh Biradari President Ramesh Singh, Chief Patron Bhabishan Singh DDC member Joginder Singh and members of YRS were present. The meeting started with paying tribute to Maharaja Hari Singh Ji's photo frame and after that the people of the local Rajput community also honored the Sabha's President Sanjeev Singh Rinku by wearing a turban and presenting a sword as a symbol of bravery and Justice . All the YRS members present in this program were also honored for their contribution to the country, state and Rajput community. All the members of the Sabha also thanked the Sarpanchs and all the dignitaries present in this meeting and honored them by garlanding them. While briefing in detail YRS Former Spokesperson Vishal Singh briefly describes the details of the public gathering and meeting agenda to media that , To address this program, YRS President Sanjeev Singh Rinku was accompanied by former President Surinder Singh Gilli, Rajveer Singh, Rajan Singh Happy, Vikram Singh Vicky, founder member Rajinder Singh, Ranjit Singh and Rajesh Singh along with all the core committee members and state body members of the Sabha were present and while addressing the public in this program, everyone expressed their views. While addressing the public meeting, Sanjeev Singh said that the Sabha will always raise its voice for the betterment of Rajput community and the Dogra community and as long as he is on the chair of the president, he will always take all the members along and fight for the rights of the society. Singh also threw light on the contribution of Maharaja Hari Singh Ji and said that there are many examples of Maharaja Saheb's farsighted thinking, but the biggest contribution done by Maharaja Hari Singh Ji is the accession of Jammu and Kashmir with India on 26 October 1947, which can never be forgotten, and due to which we proudly call ourselves Hindustani today and remembering decisions and thinking of Maharaja Saheb, all the people of Jammu and Kashmir should together to celebrate the birth anniversary of Maharaja Hari Singh Ji with great joy and happiness and pays tribute to Maharaja Hari Singh Ji on his birth anniversary. Members of YRS who are present in the public meeting , All the Former President and Team YRS members invited all the people present in the public meeting to the upcoming event on 23rd September and said that to pay tribute to Maharaja Saheb, we should all participate in the Dogri culture program to be held on 22nd September from 8:00 pm to 12:00 am in which dogra artist performed and describes the contributions of Dogra Rulers and Dogra Warrior's and while inviting for the mega rally to be held on 23rd September, they also said that this rally is a symbol of our honor and pride and every Dogra of Jammu Kashmir should enhance the beauty of the rally by becoming a part of this rally and should also promote our Dogra Culture in which all of us should come to the rally wearing white pachama kurta, saffron turban, Dogri costume and the members of the YRS should keep the sword in the cover in their hands and this rally which will start from MD Resort Keran Ban Talab and will end at the Tawi Main Bikram Chowk bridge where the statue of Maharaja Hari Singh ji is located, should be a part of this rally and pay tribute to Maharaja Saheb on the occasion of his 130th birth anniversary.
