The SSP emphasizes the importance of refraining from sharing fake news, old videos, hate speeches, or any content that promotes criminal activities, disturbances, or public unrest. The SSP clarified that disseminating unverified or incendiary content is considered a serious offense, with potential legal repercussions under applicable laws, including the Information Technology Act and the Indian Penal Code. He also referenced an earlier directive from the District Magistrate (Order No. 3471-74/DM Doda dated 03.09.2025) that underscores the necessity for responsible online behavior.
