| 3 women among 11 charge-sheeted in Kashmir sex scandal case | | | Early Times Report Srinagar, May 9- A local court in the Kashmir valley has framed charges against 11 people, including three women, for sexually exploiting unemployed Kashmiri girls and pushing them into sex-trade. The principal district and Sessions court Srinagar charge- sheeted all the eleven accused under-various sections and directed the prosecution to present evidence and witnesses in the court on next date of hearing. The prosecution alleged that two couples Abdul Jabbar Lone and his wife Jameela, Tariq Ahmad Malla and his wife Nuzhat, another woman Haseena and six other accused were promising jobs to unemployed girls and taking them out of the state where they were sexually exploited. The incident came into light after a girl narrated whole episode to police about how the accused during the girls and pushing them into prostitution. The Public Prosecutor told the court that Crime Branch of the Jammu and Kashmir had collected all evidence against the accused. The court after hearing the arguments framed the charges against the accused people.
