| SPMR College of Commerce celebrates Seva Parv | | |

Jammu, Sept 22: Government SPMR College of Commerce observed Seva Parv with a series of cultural, literary and social activities organised by the Cultural and Literary Committee in collaboration with the NSS, NCC units and the Anti-Tobacco Cell of the college, under the patronship of Principal Dr. Rajinder Singh.
As part of the celebration, a declamation contest was held where Ritham clinched the first position. The competition was judged by Dr. Chetna Gupta and Dr. Sunal Sharma. A quiz competition was also organised in which Bhumika Sharma bagged the first position, while Tamanna Chaudhary and Ritesh Gupta secured the second and third positions respectively.
Adding a social dimension to the celebrations, a donation drive was carried out by NSS volunteers in the college campus, encouraging students to contribute actively towards community service.
Interacting with the students, Principal Dr. Rajinder Singh lauded the efforts of the organizers and appreciated the enthusiastic participation of the students, noting that such initiatives instill values of service, leadership and social responsibility among youth.
The program was successfully coordinated by Dr. Deepshikha Sharma, Prof. Monika Mahajan, Dr. Madhu Bala and Dr. Deepak Pathania. |
