JAMMU, Sept 22: At its Monday meeting held here today, the Central Govt Pensioners' Welfare Association, Jammu celebrated birthday of their veteran members born in the month of September. Nine such birthday veterans jointly performed the re ceremony of birthday cake and exchanged pleasantries. The President of the Association, Kuldeep Khoda felicitated them with Rose flowers. The Birthday Veterans were J K Vaid, V K Padha, C L Banal, Upender Pachnanda, Dr S M Anand, Ved Prakash, Sharat Chander Khajuria, Dalip Kumar Pandita & Des Raj.
