Jammu, Sept 23: Jammu (Rural) Police achieved success in tracing and reuniting two missing women with their families in separate cases reported from Khour and Akhnoor.
In the first case, Police Station Khour traced a missing woman, resident of District Jammu , whose missing report had been lodged on September 19, 2025. After completion of all legal formalities, she was safely handed over to her family, and the missing report was closed.
In another case, Police Station Akhnoor traced a missing woman, resident of Gandharwan, Tehsil Akhnoor, District Jammu, who had been reported missing on September 18, 2025. Dedicated searches and technical surveillance led to her safe recovery, following which she was reunited with her family and the report was closed.
The families of both women expressed gratitude to Jammu & Kashmir Police for their prompt and effective action in tracing out the missing women.
