| Sewa Parv Day-11: DC Pulwama attends Udyam YUVA fest | | | Early Times Report
PULWAMA, Sept 27: As part of the ongoing Sewa Parv celebrations, Deputy Commissioner (DC) Pulwama, Dr. Basharat Qayoom, today attended the Udyam YUVA fest at Pulwama, organised by the Employment department in collaboration with ITI Pulwama. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation of ITI students enrolled in different courses, as well as alumni who have successfully completed skill-based training programmes. Speaking on the occasion, DC said that entrepreneurship is a gateway for youth to transform their energy and ideas into productive ventures. He encouraged young people to become job providers instead of job seekers and stressed that new ideas and skills will shape the future of Pulwama and help the whole society progress. Dr. Qayoom further informed the gathering that Mission YUVA is designed to transform local youth into successful entrepreneurs by providing not only financial assistance but also continuous mentoring and handholding support. |
