The Shrine Board’s continued guidance and support make it possible for even remote-area patients to access advanced diagnostics, interventional procedures and rehabilitation without travelling hundreds of kilometres. Speaking at the unveiling, Dr. M. M. Mathavan, Facility Director, said, “Every face on this wall is a story of resilience. It reflects not only the fighting spirit of our patients but also the dedication of our cardiac team, which is unmatched in the region.” Dr. Yashpal Sharma, Executive Director, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Institute of Medical Excellence (SMVDIME), added, “The Wall of Heart Heroes is exactly what the Shrine Board envisioned when this hospital was set up, healing that inspires. On World Health Day, we hope these stories will encourage more people to come forward for timely check-ups and take charge of their heart health.” With preventive screenings, advanced diagnostics, state-of-the-art interventions and cardiac surgery under one roof, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Narayana Super Speciality Hospital continues to be the only private tertiary-care centre offering full cardiac support in the region.
