| CJM directs for paying rent to Auquaf Committee | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, May11- Chief Judicial Magistrate Jammu YP Bourney, in application for execution of judgment of State High Court dated April 26, 1974, has directed the users and occupants of the property of Ziarat of Baba Ibrahim Shah situated at Gandhi Nagar Jammu against paying the rent to any one other than the decree holder (Auquaf Committee Jammu) hence forthwith.
The counsel for the decree holder AG Sheikh submitted that the decree holder has not been allowed to enjoy the fruits of the decree even after passing of more than 18 years when the Apex Court on February 7, 1991 dismissed the SLP filed by the judgment debtors Mohammed Sadiq and others which they have filed against the judgment of High Court.
