Samba police arrested 2 drug peddlers with 5.77 grams heroin like substance 9/29/2025 10:10:42 PM Early Times Report SAMBA, Sept 29: Continuing its drive against drug smugglers & peddlers, Samba Police has arrested two drug peddlers in the jurisdiction of Police Station Samba and recovered 5.77 grams heroin like substance from their possession. Acting on information received through reliable sources, a Police team of Police Station Samba, intercepted two persons near Hari Singh Chowk Samba who were moving under suspicious circumstances in a motorcycle bearing registration No. PB18Z-2811. During frisking, approximately 5.77 grams heroin like substance recovered from the possession of said persons. The drug peddlers identified as Harpal Singh S/o Amarjeet Singh and Dilpreet Singh S/o Satnam Singh both resident of Kotla Bama District Gurdaspur (Punjab) have been arrested and the contraband item has been seized.
