Early Times Report SRINAGAR, Sept 29: In a heartwarming display of compassion and community service, the JKAP 5th Battalion today distributed school kits to differently abled students belonging to different parts of Jammu and Kashmir. The initiative, conducted under the Civic Action Program and supervised by Commandant Shri Shabir Nawab was aimed to provide essential educational support to these young learners. The school kits, comprising bags, lunch boxes, water bottles, geometry boxes, pencils, and copies, were thoughtfully assembled to meet the needs of students with special requirements. The distribution targeted underprivileged students of Govt. Higher Secondary School Batamaloo and Govt Boys Middle School New Colony and Abhinandan Home Solina, the only home for special abled students in the region. This noble effort reflects the Jammu and Kashmir Police's commitment to fostering inclusivity and support for the most vulnerable members of society. By providing these students with the tools they need to succeed, the JKAP 5th Battalion is helping to empower them and promote their right to quality education. |
