Jammu, May 11: Condemning brutal action by police upon Gujjars and destroying their temporary sheds, Muslim Federation Jammu demanded suitable exgratia for their rehabilitation.
President of federation Abdul Majid in a meeting said that every years huge amount of funds are being sanctioned for the uplifting of the wearer sections of the society but nothing is done in practically for them. He also urged for the permanent settlement of the nomad Gujjars of the State. Other leaders of federation were also present of the occasion.
