Jammu, May 11: The Citizen Cooperative Bank Limited (CCB) after going through its annual working report on Monday in presence of Chairman Dinesh Gupta and Vice Chairman Ch. Narinder Singh, need for further improvement was felt.
Addressing managers, officers and staff members of the bank Gupta stressed them for improving costumer services to compete other commercial banks because only method to improve lying with was personalized services. He suggested them to take utmost care while dealing with customers to develop a friendly bank.
Gupta assured them all possible help and expected hard work with sincerity from them. He emphasized for achieving the set targets in deposits, advances and NPAs for the financial year 2009-10. He also said for taking all possible measures to recover loans. Narinder Singh who is head of recovery advised for recovery to improve the position of the bank.
