| BJP Minority Morcha pays tribute to Mahatma Gandhi, Lal Bahadur Shastri | | |

JAMMU, Oct 2: On the occasion of the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, the Father of the Nation, and former Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri, the BJP Minority Morcha J&K team today paid rich tributes to the two great leaders for their invaluable contribution to the nation.
A special tribute program was organized under the leadership of Narinder Jain, State Vice President of BJP Minority Morcha J&K.
Speaking on the occasion, Jain said, “Mahatma Gandhi’s principles of non-violence, truth, and peace continue to guide the nation even today. He gave the world a new philosophy of freedom through non-violence, which remains relevant in every era. Alongside him, Lal Bahadur Shastri Ji taught us the value of simplicity, integrity, and the powerful slogan of ‘Jai Jawan, Jai Kisan,’ which still inspires millions of Indians.”
Jain further emphasized that remembering such leaders is not just a formality but a way to reaffirm commitment to their ideals. “Their vision of a strong, self-reliant, and united India must be our guiding force,” he added.
The program was attended by prominent members of the Minority Morcha, including Adv. Jasmeet Kour Pandey, Bhupinder Singh, Dr. Surjeet Singh, Prithpal Singh, Joginder Singh Raju, and others.
The participants recalled the sacrifices and contributions of Gandhi Ji and Shastri Ji, stressing that their lives were true examples of service to the nation.
The gathering concluded with a pledge to follow the path shown by these great leaders and to work tirelessly for unity, peace, and progress of the country.
