YRS organized Shashtra Puja on occasion of Vijayadashami

Jammu, Oct 2: On the occasion of holy festival of Dussehra and Vijayadashami, The Yuva Rajput Sabha (YRS) organized and performed Shashtra Puja with full ceremonial rites and rituals, in the presence of All Senior Members and State Body members of YRS. This puja was performed with full rituals and a havan at the Shri Ram Temple in Bantalab.
While briefing all about the Shashtra Puja held on the occasion of Vijaydashmi, YRS Former Spokesperson Vishal Singh briefly describes about the program that YRS President Sanjeev Singh Rinku, Surinder Singh Gilli, Rajesh Singh, Ranjit Singh, Manjeet Singh, Komal Singh, Dharmendra Singh, Ramesh Singh, Balbir Singh, Shamsher Singh and many other members of the Sabha were present at this Shashtra Puja. After performing the yagya and havan, the Priest from the Shri Ram Temple in Bantalab performed the puja according to the prescribed scriptures and paid obeisance to Lord Shri Ram.
On this auspicious occasion, Sanjeev Singh said that the festival of Vijayadashami is considered a highly revered festival in Sanatan Dharma and symbolizes that our brave warriors have always taken up the scriptures to protect our country, religion and society and this festival is a symbol of victory of Dharma against a Anti Dharma activities and people who harms our religion and damage peaceful climate of the society, Sanjeev Singh also said that our younger generation should be aware of their glorious history and, as Kshatriyas, should always come forward and raise our voice for the betterment of the country, religion, and society.
Wishing all the people, on the auspicious occasion of Dussehra and Vijayadashami, Surinder Singh Gilli said that Sanatan Dharma always preaches unity, and we should all unite to promote our religion and raise our voice against the unrighteousness and injustice prevalent in society, so that brotherhood and prosperity prevail in our society.
