The Department of Strategic and Regional Studies (DSRS), University of Jammu is organizing the Seventh Brig. Rajinder Singh Memorial Lecture on today at General Zorawar Singh Auditorium Complex, University of Jammu. The Memorial Lecture is organized since 2001 to honour the legendary soldier Brig. Rajinder Singh who laid down his life while fighting the invaders on 27 October 1947.
Dr. Manoj Joshi, Consulting Editor, Mail Today, New Delhi and an eminent strategic thinker will be delivering this year’s Brig. Rajinder Singh Memorial Lecture on the topic “India and the Rise of China”.
The GOC-in-C, Northern Command Lt. Gen. P.C. Bhardwaj, PVSM, AVSM, VrC, VSM, SC, ADC will be the Chief Guest in the function. The Memorial Lecture will be presided by Professor Varun Sahni, Vice-Chancellor, University of Jammu.
