| PKM’s AGM in June | | | Early Times reporter Jammu, May 11 -An extra-ordinary meeting of the Executive Council of Panun Kashmir Movement (PKM) was held today at Jammu. The meeting was presided over by the President of PKM, Ashwani Kumar Chrungoo. Among others who attended the meeting included Prof. M.L.Raina, J.L.Kaul, Upender Kaul, General Secretary, Kamal Bagati, Organizing Secretary, B.N.Khar, J.L.Drabu, R.K.Bhat and Virinder Kaul. It was decided to hold the 16th Annual General Meeting of the PKM in June this year for which a committee was also framed. A formal announcement about the annual programmes shall be made in the AGM. The 16th AGM shall also adopt the Annual Policy Statement on behalf of the organization. The members in the meeting were also briefed by the President of PKM about his presentation on the issue of ‘Kashmir and Kashmiri Pandits’ in the International Seminar on Human Rights held at Mumbai recently. Ashwani Kumar Chrungoo in his address expressed deep concern over the human rights violations taking place against the minorities and especially Sikhs in the neighboring state of Pakistan.
