| Jammu kidnapper traced in Gangtok | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Gangtok, May 11: Two men have been arrested here for allegedly kidnapping three women from Jammu and Kashmir, police said Monday.
The two men were traced and arrested by the Jammu police Sunday.
'Jammu police arrived here with arrest warrants for the three accused. Of the three men, two were arrested on May 10. Both were arrested from the Pani House area here. One man is absconding,' Superintendent of Police (East) M.S. Tuli said.
The Jammu police traced them with the help of their mobile phone calls.
