Two poll officials were injured after they were attacked by an anti-election mob, who also set on fire their vehicle here today in Baramulla parliamentary constituency going to the polls tomorrow.
Official sources said that a vehicle carrying poll officials was on way to a polling station when an anti-poll mob stopped it at old town here, the most troubled spot.
The mob raising pro-freedom and anti-poll slogans, started beating the poll officials, travelling in the vehicle.
However, only two were injured in the attack, they said adding the mob later set on fire their vehicle.
