Early Times Report JAMMU, Oct 13: Khushali Gupta, a student of Class V-G at Delhi Public School Jammu, has brought laurels to the institution by winning the Champion Trophy in the 15th J&K UCMAS Abacus & Mental Arithmetic Competition 2025. The competition was held on 28th September 2025 at GDCT, Jammu, and the results were declared on 5th October 2025. Khushali secured the top position in the Undergoing Basic Level, Category-Z, and was awarded a Champion Trophy along with a cash prize of ?1100/- for her outstanding performance. UCMAS (Universal Concept of Mental Arithmetic System) is a globally recognized child development program that uses the abacus as a tool to enhance mental arithmetic and cognitive abilities. Aimed at children aged 4-13, the program not only improves calculation speed but also fosters critical skills such as memory, concentration, and problem-solving. The school management, under the visionary leadership of President-RCT, M.K. Ajatshatru Singh, Distinguished PVC, Kunwarani Dr. Ritu Singh, and Director, S.S. Sodhi, along with Principal, Ruchi Chabra, congratulated Khushali and her proud parents on this remarkable achievement.
